He hasn’t let that get him down and maintains a cheerful attitude. Volunteers describe him as very friendly and confident, a happy guy who’ll give you all his attention and try and crawl into your lap. Blue is immediately friendly with people, can catch treats mid air and knows sit. He’s not interested in toys because he’d rather spend time with you.
