Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Chamblee, Georgia

Hello, I am 8 years old and 83 lbs. My owners split up and somehow I ended up in the shelter and then they named me Hamster (do I look like a hamster?) when my real name is Opie. I was a little grumpy when I got here. Wouldn't you be if you were let down and then named for a rodent? Anyways, some nice volunteers took me out for my photos and we had the best time getting to know each other. They gave me pets and treats and I gave them kisses. They said I'm very smart, and know a few commands (sit, down, paw.) They also said I was easy-peasy, sweet and lovable. I don't ask for much- just a little space in your home and heart with people who won't let me down. Ask for Hamster at the shelter (I prefer Opie.) Can't wait to meet you. I'm ready to go!!
