Echo - Mixed Breed and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Cando, Saskatchewan

Prairie Pooches Rescue received Echo into our care as her senior owner was having to move. She has lived like a queen for her entire life so she would love to find a home who will love her just the same! She is around 12 years old but still full of life. She enjoys her walks, still able to run and jump, and is very food motivated. She had severe dental disease when she came to us but she has since had a dental and feels like a new dog now! Echo does have a grade 4 heart murmur but this doesnt slow down her day to day. We would love to find her a nice chill retirement home who will love her and let her enjoy her final years.

Echo does adore children but bc of her age and size we are asking no young children in the home. She also does good with other dogs but she can become possessive of her human. So we would like an only dog home or a home with another dog where owners can manage this. She has many of the chihuahua tendencies but has so much love to offer!

Prairie Pooches Rescue is a volunteer and foster based rescue. All our dogs are in foster homes and approved adopters are required to meet the dogs at the foster homes.

Adoption fee is $150. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinations UTD, dewormed and microchipped. Adoption applications and home visits are done for all adoptions.
