Canal Winchester, Ohio

female, medium, young
DESCRIPTION
Yang is an energetic youngster with adorable black and white markings and an affectionate personality. This girl is excited about life and always ready to go on an adventure. She is still perfecting her leash walking skills and is eager to learn - she already knows sit and will enjoy rewards-based training sessions with her new family. Yang was adopted and recently returned due to no fault of her own and her former owners report that she was housetrained and slept nicely in a crate overnight. They were still working on leash manners and other household skills and noted that she does get distracted and pulls when seeing squirrels and birds. She has been playful when meeting other dogs here at Gigi's and reportedly did well with almost all of the other dogs she met while in her adoptive home. This girl has a lot of energy and may do best in an active home that can keep up with her.
Yang is a 9 month old medium mixed breed and currently weighs 36 pounds.
Gigi's offers Training and Puppy Classes, as well as Private Behavior sessions and Veterinary Behavioral options to help get families and their new furry family members off on the right paw! Check out: https://gigisbehavior.org
Yang has received her full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and is spayed. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
