Frank - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Canal Winchester, Ohio

Hi, my name is Frank! I'm a bubbly, energetic puppy seeking an active family of my own! As with any puppy, I will need patience and understanding as I navigate and learn about the world around me! I'll benefit from reward-based training as I learn about potty training and foundation manners.

This dog may have been exposed to or infected with ringworm and is currently being treated and tested as a precaution. We are waiting for the test results and will contact you as soon as they are available. The good news is that ringworm is treatable, and with a few simple precautions, most pets recover well while settling into their new homes. Although ringworm can spread to people and other pets, following good hygiene and cleaning practices greatly reduces the risk.

Although I'm small now, I will likely grow to be a medium-large sized dog as an adult and have moderate to high energy levels. I'll also benefit from continued socialization with other dogs, people, sights, and sounds! I am approximately 8 weeks old and weigh between 9-14 pounds.

Frank has received his full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and will be neutered. The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
