Meet Joe!

We're so excited to welcome this wonderful pup to the Street Dog Hero family!

Joe is a cutie patootie brindle pittie mix puppy with a big heart and even bigger zoomies! This little guy is a total lovebug - equal parts snuggle and silliness.

He's a smart cookie - quick to learn, eager to please, and totally food motivated (bring the treats and watch him show off - he will sit for you even without a treat!). He's full of puppy energy but balances it out with his sweet, affectionate nature - playful and happy, but always able to sit and chill with you. Joe is great with other dogs and puppies alike (but he is a little too interested in cats).

If you're looking for a clever, loyal companion who will keep you laughing and moving, Joe's your guy. He's ready to learn, love, and make every day a little brighter.

Rescue story:
Five puppies left at gate in box, originally dumped in Riviera Alta but someone left them with us. Four boys and one girl: Joe, Johnny, Jairo, Jack, Joy.

We've recently had a large number of new rescue dogs arrive in our program, and our team is currently hard at work getting everyone settled. Right now, each of our new arrivals is in various stages of the medical, foster, and adoption process as we complete veterinary care, learn more about their personalities, and match them with wonderful temporary foster homes.

Because many of these dogs receive adoption interest very quickly-and some may still be completing medical care-we're currently maintaining general interest lists for each dog. Approved adoption applicants are welcome to join a dog's interest list so we can keep them updated as we learn more and they become available to move forward in the adoption process.

We'll be sharing more photos, foster updates, and personality details as soon as they're available, so stay tuned!
