At just one year old, Saylor is ready to find the person who will show her what it means to feel safe and loved. This gentle girl is looking for a patient home that will let her settle in at her own pace. While she can be a little shy at first, treats are the way to her heart. Once she starts to trust you, she’ll happily take treats from your hand and may even surprise you by climbing right into your lap for comfort.

Saylor appears to have had limited socialization with people and is still building confidence, especially when it comes to walking on a leash. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, she’s making wonderful progress every day. With gentle encouragement and positive experiences, she’s slowly beginning to come out of her shell.
