He knows "sit", "down", "wait", and "paw", and he's eager to show you all his skills. He's doing well with house training and has been quiet in his crate.

Otis starts out a little shy, but once he warms up? Pure wiggly joy. He's the kind of dog who comes alive when given a chance—especially with a playmate and a yard to roam in. He's done great in shelter playgroup and would probably enjoy a dog friend.
