Duncan is the sweetest boy you'll ever meet, and once you've earned his trust, you'll have a best friend for life. This loyal, affectionate pup loves being close to his people and will happily follow you from room to room, always ready for cuddles, playtime, or your next adventure.

Duncan will steal your heart with one look from his trademark guilty face. Even when he's done absolutely nothing wrong, those big, pleading eyes will get him more treats and snuggles every time! He also has the happiest homecoming routine: whether you've been gone all day or just stepped outside, Duncan greets you with full-body wiggles before flopping onto his belly for pets. Who wouldn't want to be greeted like that!?

Duncan is an active dog who loves walks, exploring, and playing fetch with his favourite toy. He'd thrive with a family that enjoys getting outdoors and can give him plenty of exercise, followed by relaxing together at home. He's eager to learn, responds wonderfully to positive reinforcement, and loves making his people proud.

While Duncan has shown some reactivity in busy urban environments, he's much more relaxed and confident in quieter suburban or rural settings. A calm home with a predictable routine will help him shine. He's a little shy when meeting new people, but once he knows you, his loving, goofy personality comes out in full force.

Duncan settles well when left home alone, travels nicely in the car, and isn't destructive. He enjoys watching squirrels (and would happily chase one if given the chance!) out of the window and snoozing the day away. He can coexist with other dogs but would likely be happiest as the only pet, soaking up all the love and attention.
