Hi, I’m Buckley… sitting here waiting to be your best friend.

I’m 2 years old and about 62 pounds—past the puppy chaos, but still full of life. I’ve got that perfect balance: I’m always up for an adventure, but I’m just as happy curled up next to you at the end of the day.

I had a home for the last two years, and I was deeply loved. But sometimes life changes, and my family couldn’t keep me due to a housing change. I didn’t do anything wrong—I’m just waiting for someone to give me that forever again.

I love people, have lived with kids and I have a fun, happy nature.

I do best with a little routine, especially around mealtime. I like having my own space to eat—it helps me feel safe and relaxed. It’s an easy habit, and it makes me feel secure.
My adoption fee is half sponsored—just $100—and that includes my transport.

Rescue Coop is a registered 501c that saves dogs from imminent euthanasia and at risk situations and transports them directly to approved adopters nationwide. We are located in SC but in three years, we have placed 450 dogs in 20 states. We post our dogs in the areas we regularly transport to. Our adoption fee is $200 with no additional transport charges. Unfortunately we are unable to do meet and greets but our adoption coordinators strive to make excellent matches.
