Rambo - Miniature Poodle Dog for Adoption in Foley, Alabama

Hi, I’m Rambo! I’m a 2.5-year-old, 15 pound Miniature Poodle mix with a soft, sweet nature. I’m very dog friendly and I enjoy being around people, but I can be a little reserved at first while I figure out my new surroundings. Once I know I’m safe, you’ll start to see more of the affectionate, loving boy hiding underneath that initial shyness.

I do best with the reassurance of another dog, so I’ll need a confident canine companion in my forever home. Having another dog nearby helps me relax, learn the routine and understand that everything is okay. I may need a little time to decompress and settle in, but once I feel secure, my true personality will really start to come out. I can also be cat tested upon request. I came from a high-kill shelter down south and I’m ready to finally have a home where I can feel safe and loved.

I’m fully vetted; neutered, up to date on vaccines and preventatives and already microchipped. I’m a gentle little guy who just needs some patience, a confident dog friend and a family willing to let me come out of my shell at my own pace. With a little time, I think you’ll see just how much love I have waiting to give.
