Chowder is a spunky Min Pin mix between 3 and 4 years old, and he is currently living his absolute best life in foster with one of our directors! He was a stray found by an officer who brought him to our friends at CalCity AC.

Potties outside like a good boy, he is on a schedule.
Sleeps comfortably both in and out of a crate

Cats? We have absolutely no idea because his foster mom doesnt have any.
