Meet Scout!

Scout is an adorable 2-year-old Maltese who was found as a stray and brought to one of our trusted animal control partners by the local police.

When Scout arrived, his condition broke our hearts. His coat was so severely matted that he had to be shaved under sedation at the veterinary clinic. Once those painful mats were gone, it was like watching a brand-new dog emerge. His smile lit up the entire room, and you could almost see the weight of his past melt away.

Now Scout is enjoying his fresh start!

Scout has clearly been through a lot, but he hasnt let that dim his sweet spirit. He is ready to leave his past behind and find a family who will love him the way every dog deserves. He needs a home where he can continue to decompress possibly no children.
