ADOPT MINNIE Minnie has the biggest paws we’ve ever seen. Seriously. Your neighbors may think there are bear prints in the yard.

Minnie came to ACCT Philly as a stray, but it was pretty obvious that this 100-lb Mastiff was not cut out for the streets. We think she’s about 4 years old and has had a few litters of puppies. Wherever she came from, someone loved this girl — because she has zero hesitation with men, strangers, or other dogs.

Minnie has the personality of a 10-lb lap dog who was accidentally born in a 100-lb body... and she may still be trying to figure that part out. She knows couches are for sitting on, is fully potty trained, and is crate trained (although she’d like to formally object to the crate).

She’s affectionate, low-maintenance, and happy to be either boss lady or bottom of the pack. She’ll happily accept familiar guests while keeping an eye on strangers around the property.

Minnie’s perfect home:
• Yard required — no apartments
• Mastiff/XL breed experience required
• Older kids only due to her size/strength
• ABSOLUTELY NO CATS
• A medium+ dog friend would be wonderful!

She’s great with dogs, puppies, chickens, goats & horses — cats, however, are apparently her arch nemesis.

Her skin issues are now well controlled with a poultry-free diet.

All this mama wants is a comfy place to nap and some people to protect.
