DESCRIPTION
Meet Daffodil 🌼
Daffodil is an 11-month-old black and white Mastiff/Lab mix with a gentle spirit and so much potential. She arrived at the shelter as a stray, and the uncertainty of her past has left her feeling especially fearful around men. Because of this, Daffodil will need a patient and understanding home that can give her the time, love, and consistency she needs to build trust and confidence.
This sweet girl is still learning the basics—especially leash walking, which is currently a work in progress. With positive reinforcement and guidance, she’ll get there in her own time. The good news? Daffodil does well with other dogs and may benefit from a canine companion who can help show her the ropes. Her feelings about cats are still unknown.
Weighing about 65 pounds, Daffodil is a big girl with an even bigger heart, just waiting for the right person or family to help her blossom. If you’re willing to go slow and let her come out of her shell at her own pace, she’ll reward you with quiet loyalty and love.
Daffodil is ready to meet her forever family—could it be you? 🐾
