Arista - Maltipoo and Miniature Schnauzer Dog for Adoption in Cypress, California

Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days.
Arista is a fun little 12-13 lbs maltese/something mix who is so full of love and affection. She came to us with some very young babies and has been a very reluctant mom, she takes good care of them, but really would rather play and fetch and have a good time. Arista loves all people and is good with other dogs. Arista is around 5 years old and acts much younger, she will be having a dental cleaning before adoption and we expect she will be available mid October.
Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested in may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We may consider long distance adoptions for dogs who have been in our rescue for 6 + months with no local candidates.
If you are interested in adopting one of our rescues, please visit our main website for adoption procedures at www.pupsandpals.net and then fill out our application. We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.
This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some cases a home check.
Listed for adoption: 9/28/26
Adoption fee: $450
PLEASE DO NOT call or email to see if a pet is available. We update our pages daily so if he/she is pictured here in the available dogs section, we are accepting applications at this time.
