Bowie has one very special lady in his life! His sister Bella is a spunky, independent little firecracker who happens to be blind, but doesn't let that stop her! They've spent all 10 years together and must be adopted as a pair. Fair warning: Adopting these two may result in being permanently trapped on the couch with a cutie on each side!
