Henry Warren is a 1 yo (will be 2 in November) Maltese rescued from an Ohio puppy mill. He is shy but beginning to learn about life outside of a cage. He is good with other dogs. He is is vaccinated and microchipped, and he will be neutered in the next few weeks. He will then be ready for his forever home. He could also be adopted locally prior to neuter at the rescue vet in Waitsfield, VT
