Charlie is a 5 yo male havanese rescued from a life of breeding in an Ohio puppy mill. He is a sweet boy who will just need some patience as he learns about life outside of a cage.

He is vaccinated and will be neutered this week. He will then be ready for his forever home. His adoption fee is $500
