My name is Walter, and my story started out in the desert of Thermal. I was found roaming with another dog on a really hot day. My fur was so matted, and I had been out there for a while just trying to survive.

But even through everything, I never stopped loving people.

I'm a sweet boy who loves kids, I'm potty trained, and I do really well in a crate. I just want to be close to people and feel safe.

I've been through a lot, but I know my forever family is out there. I'm ready for a second chance and a place to finally call home.
