Grandma Mavis is a 7‐year‐old Maltipoo weighing 13.3 pounds, and she is every bit as sweet and gentle as her name suggests. She has a calm, loving demeanor and has been wonderful with everyone she has met here. Other than needing a dental cleaning, our veterinary team cleared her as healthy and ready for adoption. Her adoption fee is $400.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether she is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery

Microchip

All age‐appropriate vaccinations

Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Please note adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.
