DESCRIPTION
Bailey is a female Lab/Pit mix who is looking for a new home. She came to the shelter as a stray so we do not have any information about her past. When she first arrived to the shelter she was very thin, but since then she has gained weight, and is now looking much better. She is smaller in size but she is an adult with us guessing her to be 1-2 years old. She does well with other dogs, but we are unsure how she is with cats, or small children. Bailey is working on her house/leash training while she waits for a new home. If you're interested in meeting her/him please call (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.
WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process
Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)
Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
