SUZZIE - Labrador Retriever and Terrier Dog for Adoption

SUZZIE! We. are. OBSESSED WITH SUZZIE!

Suzzie is our latest rescue puppy and she is just the cutest little thing! She is about 2.5 months old and 8ish lbs as of August 10, 2026. We don't know her breed because we do not know her parents but we think she's a Lab/Terrier mix. She's got gorgeous light hazel eyes and a beautiful golden coat...and some very unique little Dorito ears which fold over are are oh sooo endearing!

Suzzie is a typical puppy with adorable puppy energy. Her foster apologizes to our viewers stating that getting photos of her is "mission impossible" because she is always moving. She's a busy bee! First to the bed, then to the floor to get her toys, the back on the bed with her toys...perhaps a side view pose along the way where we can get a good look at her little wrinkly neck and then down again to play with the resident kitties!

Speaking of kitties - yes! She is excellent with cats! In fact, she loves her BFF cat friends and while she tries to get them to play with her, she also respects their boundaries when they aren't in the mood. She is never aggressive or overly assertive. She takes cues well! And her age is the perfect time for introductions as well with new and permanent feline (and canine) friends! Please check out her video with the kitties to get a sense!

Suzzie also doesn't seem to mind playing dress up which (which we appreciate because we think her feminine collars and lime green scrunchie really jazzes up her photos since we only see her face half the time as she's buzzing around). She is quite the model with many angles...but no bad angles!

House-training wise, she is doing GREAT! She is young but her foster reports she is getting the hang out of doing her business outside extremely well, and we think that any adopter who gets her on a schedule right away will see excellent house training results!

Suzzie is truly sweetheart who loves all people she's met! She's a happy and confident gal that would do wonderfully with a family and children. That isn't to say she wouldn't be fine in a 1 person house hold, but just that she is so easily adaptable to any family situation! She's truly just a happy and sweet baby who loves playing, cuddling, attention and LOVE! We can't wait to find her the best forever home!

Please note that we can easily ship in cabin with a person to many airports including JFK, LGA, EWR, BOS, PHL, BWI, BDL, DCA, IAD, TPA, MCO, ORD and many more!
