Meet Bea

Some dogs are simply special, and Bea is one of those dogs.

Bea is a beautiful five-month-old Lab mix who is expected to be a large girl, likely 75 to 80 lbs when fully grown. She is brilliant, sweet, confident, social and incredibly well adjusted. Bea seems to believe that everyone she meets is a friend, and so far she has been right.

Dogs, cats, pigs, goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, children and adults. Bea has been wonderful with them all.

Bea is currently being fostered on a farm and has had an exceptional start in life. She has grown up experiencing different animals, people, sounds, environments and everyday activity. She has met an incredible variety of people and animals and takes new experiences in stride.

She is an exceptionally smart girl who learns quickly and loves being part of whatever is happening. She is affectionate, easygoing and wonderful with children. Bea is already house-trained and crate-trained and is very good off leash.

She really is the whole package.

Bea will grow into a substantial dog, so her family should be prepared for their adorable puppy to become a 75 to 80 lb adult. She will need the same things every young dog needs as she matures: continued training, exercise, structure, guidance and plenty of opportunities to enjoy life.

We could not have asked for a better start for this girl. Her foster family has given her the opportunity to experience the world, build confidence and learn how to live comfortably alongside people and animals of all shapes and sizes.

Bea is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and will be spayed at the appropriate age as part of her adoption requirements.

Bea is dog friendly, cat friendly, farm-animal friendly, wonderful with children, house-trained, crate-trained, good off leash, intelligent, affectionate and beautifully social.

If you are looking for a big, beautiful, sweet-natured girl who can fit into just about any adventure and make friends along the way, Bea is going to be very hard to beat.

She is, quite simply, a fabulous dog.
