Poe - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Orange, Virginia

Poe is a handsome 810-month-old, approximately 80-pound Lab mix who came to us as a found stray after being spotted wandering along a busy road. No one came looking for him, so now Poe is looking for a family of his own.

Poe is very sweet and still puppyish, although he may take a minute to warm up to someone new. Once comfortable, his playful side comes right out.

He keeps his kennel tidy, walks well on leash and listens well. When he gets a little too excited, Poe responds nicely when asked to settle. He has done well with other dogs and was curious in our cat room without being overly interested in the cats.

Poe is neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, vaccinated, dewormed and current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
