Luke - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

Meet Luke! He is a pup from our Gilmore Girls litter, who was born in September 2025, making him just about 9 months old.

Luke was initially adopted from BDC when he was around 9 weeks old but came back into our care due to fearfulness of other dogs and kids. He has been working with a positive reinforcement trainer and will need a committed adopter who can continue to help him grow his confidence.

He needs a pet-free, kid-free home. He would benefit from a home with a fenced yard as he's reactive on leash. He is already house trained and crate trained!

His foster says "This 9 month old pup is a true diamond in the rough, sensitive and a little shy at first, but a fast learner with a heart full of potential. Hes a great office companion, happiest curled up for a cozy couch snuggle yet always excited to head outside. With the right familys patience and love, hes sure to blossom into a wonderfully loyal and lifelong companion."
