DESCRIPTION
Hi. I am Meatball. Yes, like the food. No, I am not edible (I've been told this many times and I still find it confusing because people say “meatballs are great” and then don't share theirs). I am 8 months old, which means I am technically a young gentleman, but emotionally I am still figuring out whether zoomies are a personality trait or a full-time career. So far I am thriving in both. I love everyone. Like... everyone. Strangers? Best friends. Kids? Tiny best friends. Other dogs? Oh wow, my people. Big dogs, small dogs, dramatic dogs, shy dogs—I greet them all with the same energy: “HELLO I HAVE ARRIVED PLEASE LIKE ME.”
I enjoy long walks, short naps, medium chaos, and the strategic redistribution of toys from “their basket” to “my mouth.” I am very social, very sweet, and occasionally forget that my whole body is not supposed to wag at the same time. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, low-energy companion... I have some news for you: that is not me. If you are looking for a happy, silly, affectionate pup who believes life is one big party and every human is invited... congratulations...you have found me! I am ready to go home, love hard, and probably sit on your feet without warning.
Our organization is foster based which means that we really know and understand our dogs personalities as our volunteers live each day in their house with our rescued dogs. Our fosters are available to answer your questions and will give you all the details you need to know about our dogs such as if they are shy, are they outgoing, what is their energy level, are they couch potatoes, love bugs, kissers, lickers, so please do apply and ask our fosters questions - this will ensure you find your pur-fect match in our rescue!
