Hi. I'm Amigo. Yes, the Amigo. Try to keep up. Let's get a few things straight right away: I may be 8–10 years young, but I've still got plenty of pep in these paws and a personality that could run a small country. I was found out there on my own like some kind of mysterious legend... and oddly enough, no one ever came looking for me. Their loss. Huge loss. Honestly, I upgraded.

I'm what you'd call “spicy”—not mean, just... selective. I know what I like, and I'm not afraid to have opinions about it. But once you're in my inner circle? Oh, you're in. I'm loyal, devoted, and will absolutely follow you around like your tiny, judgmental shadow (with love, of course).

I enjoy the finer things in life:

A cozy bed (preferably yours)
Snacks (obviously)
Being told I'm handsome (frequently, thank you)
A calm home where I can relax and rule in peace

I've been through enough to know that what I really want now is something simple—a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and maybe just a little bit spoiled (okay, a lot spoiled).

Our organization is foster based which means that we really know and understand our dogs personalities as our volunteers live each day in their house with our rescued dogs.
