DESCRIPTION
Hi there, I'm Jacqui, a lovely 2-year-old, 46-lb female Chocolate Lab/Terrier mix with striking honey-gold eyes. I was a stray dog in San Antonio, Texas, picked up by the city's kill shelter, then caught the eye of 4 Little Paws Rescue, who quickly saved me from the euthanasia list! Turns out I am a total keeper... forever dog material... totally meant to bring happiness to some lucky person or family.
My foster mom says I am a lover girl, friendly and well-behaved, not shy with anyone, and I make friends easily with humans, dogs, and kitty cats. I am a very nice playmate with other dogs and kids, and I share my dog toys, even letting other dogs hold onto my toy along with me. I'm smart, so I learn easily, already knowing sit, but I also understand when my foster mom says it's time to go to bed, and it's time to go potty, although I also know how to use a doggy door. I have never had a potty accident inside. If you are looking for snuggles and kisses, then I'm your girl, and if you don't mind 42 lbs in your lap, then Im also a lap dog, LOL! Truly, I have a great personality, sweet and grateful, with medium energy for fun adventures, and going for walks or road trips. I am not a destructive dog, and am good in a crate, but I don't need to be kept in one. I'm free-range at home, only bark when I need to alert you, and I am a good eater with a fondness for broccoli. Inquire about me today.
