Labrador Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption in Elkton, Maryland

Megan and Mollie, two adorable, sweet, lovable 2.5 year old female black Labs. Just when I thought a pair couldn’t get any better these two come along!

They both LOVE to cuddle and love their people! They want to be wherever their people are but are calm and just enjoying your company. They love a good belly rub or laying their head on you. They are gentle with both our dogs (11 yo lab and 4 yo beagle) and with both our kids (17 and 15). I think they would do absolutely fine in a house with younger children. They sleep well in their crates and don’t make a peep until you get up.

They are bonded and should be adapted together. They will separate at times, but notably prefer to do things together. They are sweet, smart, listen and know simple commands like sit, off, no, come. They will be a perfect addition to any family who loves to cuddle and play with these two. They are moderate energy and I believe a house with a fenced in yard to run and play would be beneficial for them as they love the outside. I imagine they would love a huge park or lake to go play in during the warm months.

House trained? Yes, no accidents

Crate trained? Yes. Sleep fine in there at night without a peep. I would imagine they would also be fine left out.

Energy level: medium. Loves to snuggle and just be with people, but if take outside to play they love that as well

Travel well? Yes, laid down in car during transport

Favorite toy/activity: Being with their people, running around outside, playing together

Leash trained? Yes

Would recommend house with fenced in yard to play.
