Remi is a 7-year-old Labrador mix with a HUGE heart and an even bigger personality! He is truly one of the happiest dogs you'll ever meet. His love language is physical affection, and he will happily remind you when it's time for more pets, belly rubs, and scratches!

A few things that make Remi so special:

Loves kids and other dogs! Remi is incredibly friendly and would make a wonderful addition to a family.

Housebroken and well-mannered! He's leash trained, listens well, and knows several commands, including sit, down, stay, come, paw, and even whisper!

Adventure buddy! Remi LOVES walks, car rides, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. We recently took a weekend trip to a cabin in Oklahoma, and he was in heaven swimming in the creek and exploring the woods!

The perfect patio pup! Whether you're relaxing outside, enjoying a beautiful afternoon, or spending time with family, Remi would love nothing more than to be right by your side, soaking up the sunshine and attention.

Professional cuddle bug! Despite his playful and active personality, Remi is happiest when he's getting love and affection from his favorite people.

What kind of home does Remi need?

Remington was adopted in August and has been such a wonderful companion. However, he does experience separation anxiety when left alone. While he is not destructive, he does bark when his people are away, which makes apartment living challenging.

Because of this, Remi would thrive in a house rather than an apartment, ideally with a family who is home frequently and can help him feel comfortable and secure when alone.

This has been a difficult decision because Remi is genuinely such a sweet, loving dog. He deserves a home where he can be his happy, goofy self without the challenges of apartment living.
