Clovis is a 1-year-old, 55-pound male Lab mix with a playful spirit and a whole lot of love to give!
His perfect day? Running around outside, playing with his soccer ball, soaking up human attention, and finishing with a cozy cuddle.
Dog friends? Yes, please! Clovis loves playing with other dogs! He's still learning boundaries and can get a little nippy during play, so he'll need continued guidance on polite playtime. Once the fun winds down, he loves snuggling with his dog sibling.
Cats? He's a gentleman! Clovis is GREAT with cats—respectful, never chases, and is happy to peacefully coexist.
Kids: His experience with children is unknown.
New situations can make Clovis a little timid at first, but he warms up quickly. His crate is his safe spot when something feels scary—especially that suspicious vacuum! Treats help win him over, and he absolutely LOVES attention from his people.
Potty trained: He sits by the door when he needs to go outside!
Crate progress: He does well crated during the day, but prefers sleeping outside it at night and has been sleeping through the night just fine.
One silly habit: He likes to steal shoes... so keep your favorite sneakers tucked away!
