Charity - Labrador Retriever and Basset Hound Dog for Adoption in Buford, Georgia

If you love low-riders you are going to love this girl!! Charity is an incredibly sweet, gentle, and sensitive dog who found herself at an overcrowded shelter where she was absolutely terrified.

She was there for long enough to find herself on the "Urgent" list, and we are so thankful that we got a foster offer in time so that we could save her!

Charity is still coming out of her shell in her foster home, so most of what we've learned so far is that everything revolves around her still being very timid.

But even with that, she has been nothing but sweet. Charity does well with other dogs, and it may be best for her to go to a home that already has a dog to keep her company and give confidence.

Charity is in treatment for heartworm disease, but she can be adopted during that. There will be no charge for this treatment to anyone who may adopt her. You will just need to take her to a few appointmemts at the Hall Co Animal Shelter, and you must be able to follow the instructions through her treatment and recovery. Don't worry, it's not that hard! You just have to keep her from racing around like a maniac, etc, which we promise there will not be difficult!
