Spruce Evergreen - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Andover, Massachusetts

This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. The long distance adoption process includes talking to the foster they are living with in the south. Roughly 90% of our dogs are successfully long distance adopted and 10% adopted locally.

Meet Spruce Evergreen, an approx. 6-week-old Lab mix, weighing approx. 6 pounds (as of 6/6/26). The EVERGREEN litter and Lily Momma Evergreen were surrendered by their owners after police intervened for neglect. They had a rough beginning, but are excited to have their happy ending with the best family in the world: yours! Spruce couldn't wait to see you, he wrote his own bio:

"Hiya! I'm Spruce, small but mighty! At least that's what I call myself. I'm the smallest of my litter, but don't be fooled by size! I'm full of infectious spirit and can easily keep up with my eight siblings. If you're looking for a pup to sing karaoke with on a night out, I'm your guy! Even better, I'll harmonize with you! I love being around my people and do so many things, we could easily become the next big act on America's Got Talent! I like to dream big. When I'm not juggling or playing or balancing on a tight rope blindfolded, I love snuggling up with my people after a long day of shenanigans.

I'm super friendly and love meeting strangers. I haven't met cats or kids yet, but everyone needs groupies! I'm looking for a family who can help me with all things puppy training: potty, leashes, crates, etc. so I can be the best dog I can be! Plus, it makes it easier once we win America's Got Talent!

My mom is about 65 pounds and my dad is MIA, so I assume I might be around mom's size when grown. I haven't been spayed/neutered yet, but I will be when I'm a little older and it's closer to adoption. Come and adopt me!"
