Levi is a senior Rat Terrier who weighs 17 pounds and has the kind of sweet, loving nature that makes you want to sit down beside him and stay awhile. This wonderful older gentleman knows what he likes in life: attention, plenty of pets, and the freedom to explore.

Levi loves spending time with people and happily soaks up affection whenever it's offered. He still has plenty of curiosity, too, and enjoys wandering around, investigating his surroundings, and seeing what interesting things the day might bring.

When it comes to other dogs, Levi prefers to choose his own friends. He can get along with canine companions, but a meet and greet will be required with any potential dog siblings to make sure everyone agrees they're a good match.

What Levi deserves now is simple: a wonderful home where he can spend his golden years knowing exactly how loved he is. A soft place to rest, people who adore him, interesting things to sniff, and all the pets his heart desires sound just about perfect.
