Meet Rally!

This adorable Bull Terrier mix was born around June 2026, and she's still working on learning that the world — and the people in it — are safe. Rally is a shy, gentle girl who takes her time warming up; she'll often run from new people, though she's happy to accept pets and affection once she's tucked safely in her crate, which is also where she feels most at ease. She shows no resource guarding and gets along great with other dogs, especially enjoying playtime with her foster's pack.

Rally is heart worm positive and will need a family ready to see her through treatment, along with plenty of patience as she continues building trust and confidence around people. She's already showing she has what it takes — she handled a six-hour road trip like a champ with zero car sickness, she's picking up leash walking, and she's never once tried to bolt out an open door.

Given her personality, Rally would likely thrive with a calm, confident dog friend (a patient mother-dog type would be ideal) and a backyard to feel secure in. Her ideal family will be experienced with shy or fearful dogs, ready to go at her pace, and committed to helping her heal — both from heartworm treatment and from whatever made the world feel so big and scary to her in the first place.
