Tied outside in the cold, forgotten, and neglected, Iris’s past is heartbreaking. But this stunning young husky mix is rewriting her story, and all she needs now is a place to call home!

With one icy blue eye and one warm brown, Iris turns heads — but it’s her resilient, affectionate heart that will win you over.

She’s everything you love about a husky:
* Smart
* Silly
* Energetic
* A little stubborn — in the most endearing way!

Iris is:
*Fully crate trained
*Housebroken
*Trained in sit, down, stay, and heel after a 2-week board-and-train
* Obsessed with fetch, stuffies, and Benebones
* Needs a fence in yard as this queen likes to go potty in peace


She LOVES people and greets everyone with a wag and a sparkle in her eye. She’s dog-friendly, but her play style is all-out husky, so she’d do best with another confident dog who can match her energy.

Ideal Home:
* No kids (still working on jumpy excitement)
* a fenced in yard is needed as she does better going potty

Iris is ready to trade survival for snuggles, and training for trust.
