Etta (10/12/25) is a smaller Australian Shepherd mix with a gentle and sensitive nature. She can be timid in new situations and needs time to feel safe, but she is continuing to make progress with consistency and a calm environment.

Etta must be placed in a home with another dog, as she relies on canine companionship for confidence and support. A confident dog will help guide her as she continues to adjust and learn.

She is still learning basic skills like leash walking and household routines, and will do best with adopters who are patient and committed to helping her build confidence at her own pace. Etta would thrive in a home with children aged 13 and older who can respect her space and allow her to come around naturally.

With time, structure, and the right environment, Etta has the potential to form strong and lasting bonds.
