Meet Lucille! Lucille is an incredibly social, friendly, energetic, and playful puppy who seems to think everyone she meets is her new best friend. She loves saying hello to both people and dogs and has a wonderfully happy, outgoing personality. She lives with a large dog and absolutely adores her foster sibling - they cuddle, nap, play, and zoom around the house together. She has also been wonderful with children, including a 5-year-old neighbour. Lucille is a total cuddle bug, especially when she's ready for a nap and can curl up in your arms and fall asleep. She is very food motivated and loves just about everything!

Lucille is already doing well living in the city and is generally non-reactive to her surroundings. She can be startled by loud noises and will look to her people for reassurance, but otherwise handles the sights and sounds of city life well. She is also lovely when meeting other dogs, often offering play cues and a wagging tail. She's still learning the ropes of leash walking but is off to a great start. She is mostly quiet indoors and tends to only get vocal when she's excited and playing with her people or doggy friend.

Lucille is working on house training, already knows sit, and settles very quickly in her crate. She sleeps well overnight, with a quick nighttime potty break before happily settling back in. She loves being around her people and can experience a little FOMO if they're doing something without her, but she's not anxious - she simply wants to be part of the action! Given her young age and wonderful social nature, Lucille could likely adapt beautifully to a home with dogs, cats, or kids.
