Cherry Garcia is one sweet little hound with a great personality. At just 4 months old and 25 pounds, Cherry is doing wonderfully in her foster home and is quickly showing everyone what a lovable girl she is.
Cherry is also a real head-turner. Her white coat is sprinkled with brown ticking, plus she has two adorable round spots: one on her face and another on her rump. We think she’ll be around 30–35 pounds when she’s fully grown, although that’s just our best guess. Puppies have a way of keeping us on our toes!
Cherry is spayed and vaccinated for her age. She will need to finish her remaining puppy vaccines, so her adopter will need to work with their veterinarian or ARF to make sure she stays on schedule.
Like many young hounds, Cherry is still learning the basics. She is not yet housetrained, so her new family will need to continue working with her on house training, manners, and socialization. Her ideal home will be with someone who has experience with dogs, puppies, and especially hound breeds, and who is ready to help Cherry grow into the wonderful adult dog she is meant to be.
If you’re looking for a sweet, striking little hound and are ready for the fun (and occasional mess) that comes with raising a puppy, Cherry Garcia might just be your girl!
