DESCRIPTION
Honey — A Mama Who Fought Through Fear, Now Ready for Her Own Happy Ending
Honey arrived at a high‑kill shelter completely shut down — trembling, terrified, and trying to disappear into the corner of her kennel. And in the middle of that fear, she went into labor. Five tiny puppies were born to a mama too traumatized to move, nurse, or even lift her head. Staff didn’t realize the babies were hers because Honey was frozen in pure survival mode.
When Hoardin’ Huskies stepped in, we found the truth:
Honey was their mother — she just needed safety to remember how to be one.
With time, patience, and love, Honey came back to life. She raised her puppies. She healed. And she became the sweetest, gentlest girl.
Today, Honey is everything a family could hope for:
• Dog friendly
• Cat friendly
• Fully vetted & spayed
• Soft, loving, and endlessly grateful
Her puppies have homes waiting. Now it’s Honey’s turn.
She survived the shelter. She saved her babies. She blossomed in rescue.
All she needs now is a home where she is finally loved for the incredible dog she is. She is HW+ but has already started slow kill treatment.
Honey is ready — she just needs someone to choose her.
Adoption fee is $450
