Meet Phil!

Phil is a sweet 12-week-old pup who is still figuring out this big new world. He can be a little timid at first, but he tries *so hard* to be brave, and watching his confidence grow is the sweetest thing.

Once Phil feels safe and comfortable, his personality starts to shine. He is incredibly loving and has **SO many smooches to give**... seriously, this little guy is a professional smoocher. If you’re looking for puppy kisses, Phil has you covered!

He’s also a quick learner once he feels confident and is already showing us what a smart little guy he is. We’re still working on potty training and crate training, but everything is very new to him, and he’s learning more every day.

Phil just needs a patient, loving family who will give him a little time to feel safe and continue showing him how wonderful life can be. In return, expect lots of love, a very devoted little sidekick, and did we mention... **ALL THE SMOOCHES!!!**
