George Jones loves a good time and he loves him some people! They should have named him Tigger because he literally bounces with joy at the sight of a visitor. This happy dog is up for anything and never met a stranger. He came to the shelter as a transfer from the county pound on 3/6/26 at age 1.5 years, weighing 48 lbs. If you want a ride or die true blue best pal, George is your bud. Come meet him. He was obviously owned by someone at one time due to being in good health when he arrived and being so social. He has been vaccinated and neutered. He tested negative for heartworms and other illnesses and is ready to go! These photos and the video taken 7/3/26. He has not been thrilled with other dogs running up and down the isles so we have not mingled him with large groups of dogs for play in the fenced area.
