A website can tell part of a pet’s story, but not all of it. You’ll notice that some pets may be listed as “unknown” or may not receive a “yes” for things like house training, compatibility with children, cats, or other pets. In many cases, this doesn’t mean the answer is “no”, it means we can’t guarantee the answer with complete certainty. Because every home, family, and pet dynamic is unique, behaviors in a shelter environment don’t always predict behaviors in a home.

That’s why adoption is about more than a website profile. Our team is here to share what we’ve observed, answer your questions, learn about your lifestyle, and help connect you with a pet that’s the right fit for your family.
