About Gary

Gary is proof that age is just a number! At 30 lbs, this adorable hound mix has a little more to love than your average senior Love, and he uses every ounce of it to bring joy and energy into the room. He completely defies the "lazy senior" stereotype—he is high-energy, full of life, and always up for an outdoor adventure or a game of fetch.

Even better? Gary has already mastered the hardest parts of being a dog. He is house-trained and crate-trained, making his transition into your home smooth.

* Possible Food Allergies: With previous skin issues and chronic ear infections, we believe Gary has food allergy. He is currently on a salmon diet and we have limited his treats to avoid chicken and beef and that has seem to due the trick.

Gary's Ideal Home

The Environment: A cat-free home! Gary has a strong, classic hound prey drive, so no cats or small pocket pets can share his castle.
The Family: Perfect for active adults or a family looking for a fun-loving companion who is past the destructive puppy chewing phase but still wants to go on hikes, walks, and backyard runs.

adoption fee $300 includes spayed/neutered, up to date vaccines, microchipped, and complete senior bloodwork including negative for heartworms.
