Meet Basil! Basil is a 5-month-old, 30lb pup with a sweet heart and a sensitive spirit. After a rough start being dumped in Tahoka, TX cemetary, she’s learning that the world can be a kind place after all.

Basil is the most shy of her sibling trio. She’s a "look before you leap" kind of girl who finds a lot of comfort in the company of her siblings. Once she knows she’s safe, her sweet personality truly shines through. She is a curious girl who is learning that a leash means a fun walk with a friend, and she’s looking for a patient family who will celebrate her small victories with her. If you have a quiet home and a lot of love to give, Basil will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty.

Basil and his two siblings (Brooks and Blossom) are currently at Saving Grace Rescue LBK in Wilson, TX. They are learning their manners, playing hard, and waiting for the day they never have to worry about being left behind again.
