Meet Katie, a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who is looking for a second chance at a loving home!
Katie was dropped off to be spayed and was sadly never picked up, but she hasn't let that break her sweet spirit. She is a total lovebug who is happy, friendly to everyone, and gets along great with other dogs.
This beautiful girl is now spayed and ready for her fresh start. She's still young and needs a little practice walking on a leash, but she makes up for it with endless loyalty, affection, and tail wags.
Help us find Katie the home she truly deserves! Share her story or message us to meet this stunning girl today.
Due to MA Dept of Agriculture restrictions, we can not adopt to MA residents.
ABOUT: GREAT PYRENEES DOG BREED
The Great Pyrenees is a majestic and noble breed known for its gentle demeanor and steadfast loyalty. Originating from the Pyrenees Mountains, these large and dignified dogs are renowned for their protective instincts and ability to work as livestock guardians. With their stunning white coats and imposing stature, Great Pyrenees exude an air of regal confidence while also possessing a gentle and affectionate nature towards their families. Their calm and composed demeanor coupled with their innate guardian instincts make them excellent companions for those seeking a devoted and majestic canine friend.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
