Meet Sarah --- your loyal farmhand, protector, and cuddle buddy!

Hi friends! My name is Sarah, and I've been searching for my forever home for over a year. I'm hoping the right family sees this and falls in love with me!

I'm a 2-ish year-old Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix (some people think I may have Anatolian Shepherd in me, too). I'm a beautiful, fully vetted girl weighing about 100 pounds, with a huge heart and so much love to give.

I'm the total packagebut I do have one special requirement: I need room to roam. As a livestock guardian-type dog, being confined to a small yard just isn't for me. I love being outdoors, patrolling, and keeping watch over my people and property. If given the opportunity, I'll happily find ways to explore beyond a fence, so my ideal home has acreage, a rural setting, and space where I can do the job I was born to do.

My current location in southern Colorado has a busy road nearby, which isn't the safest environment for a free spirit like me. I'm looking for a family who understands guardian breeds and can provide the space and lifestyle where I can truly thrive. I can get past fences but always return home after a while.

In return, I'll be your devoted companion, loyal protector, and affectionate couch buddy after a day of watching over my kingdom.
