🌟 Meet Bear – This handsome male Pyrenees🔥
Bear, a handsome 4-year-old Great Pyrenees male with a fluffy cream-and-black coat and a big personality packed into a manageable 60-70 lb frame.
Rescued after Hurricane Helene displaced him from Virginia, Bear has been a loving member of his foster home for the past year. He’s a gentle, sweet boy who absolutely adores his people once he warms up. While he can be initially fearful and barky with new faces or quick movements, he never shows aggression—just needs a little time and patience to show his true affectionate self.
Bear is great with familiar people, other dogs, and is overall a playful, happy-go-lucky guy who loves zoomies and being chased around the yard.
Bear would thrive in a patient, experienced home with a securely fenced yard where he can dig his signature “Pyr holes” and burn off energy. He’s well-mannered on leash (minimal pulling with a harness), potty trained, and content to snooze in his bed while you’re away.
He’s up to date on vaccinations (yearly due in May), on heartworm prevention, and received a clean bill of health from Banfield Petco.
Bear is looking for a forever family that understands the Great Pyrenees guardian heart and will give him the space and time to become the loyal, loving companion he’s meant to be.
