my name is Lennox.

I'm a 3 month old, 23 lb golden retriever/shepherd type mix (Anatolian maybe).
my foster family thinks I'm well balanced for a pup...affectionate and independent. goofy and playful in good company but chill when I'm alone. quiet but observant. i like long naps, subtle attention, chew sticks, romps in the yard and shenanigans with my foster brothers and look-alike sister.

I'm doing a great job potty training. the leash, umm not so much. I'll get there.

Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application on our website, PawsUp4Rescue.org/adopting as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption.

If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.
